We did have to move due to the smell either from the tree or the bats. We could not sit out on our balcony. The staff were very understanding and we were so grateful we could move.

My family and I had lovely time at the hotel. The swimming pool with Spa was the best part. The room had all the amenities that you would need including washing machine and dryer. Our room was located facing the sea giving us a wonderful view outside. The apartment was spacious and comfy including the beds. The rooms and bathrooms were clean with a private bathtub with jacuzzi providing a wonderful experience. We enjoyed a lot. The only comment is that the some of the furniture needs maintenance or replacing and also the crockery needs a complete change.
